Dorit Netzer, PhD, ATR-BC, LCAT is a psychologist and a NY-state licensed creative arts therapist with over 25 years in private practice. She has been developing her approach to holistic psychotherapy and teaching through her commitment to lifelong, continuing education and original research. She utilizes dialogue, art and sand-play therapies, mental imagery, dream work, and body awareness techniques. Dorit is devoted to providing a supportive, secure environment, where individuals, couples, and families can explore self-defining childhood experiences, wounds, and losses that have shaped core beliefs and behaviors. Along the way, clients learn creative tools of self-expression, interpersonal awareness, and lighthearted ways to create positive changes toward greater clarity and inner freedom.
